By using KocakZ, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be permitted to use Discord and the relevant games or platforms in your location. You are responsible for your Discord account, access key, devices, and activity performed through them. Purchases require that you can legally enter a contract where you live, or that a parent or guardian approves the purchase.
License and acceptable use
KocakZ gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Do not share or resell keys, bypass verification or limits, automate abusive traffic, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Games, platforms, and account risk
KocakZ is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Roblox, Valve or Steam, or any game publisher. Using third-party scripts or mods can break a game's or platform's rules and may lead to warnings, suspensions, or bans. You use KocakZ at your own risk and are responsible for following the rules of every game and platform you use it with. We are not liable for actions taken against your accounts.
Intellectual property
KocakZ's website, brand, articles, loader, scripts, and mods belong to KocakZ or its licensors. Except as these terms allow, do not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer them. Game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. To report a copyright concern, see the copyright and DMCA policy.
Third-party platforms
KocakZ connects with independent services including Discord, games, payment, verification, checkpoint, hosting, and advertising providers. Their terms also apply. KocakZ is not endorsed by or responsible for those third parties, and changes to their services can affect availability.
Free and premium access
KocakZ Premium costs Rp20.000 per unit, with each unit adding 30 days of access to the connected Discord account. Active premium time stacks. Checkout processing fees are included; your crypto wallet may charge a separate network fee. Orders are priced in IDR; other currency estimates are for reference. Sandbox payments do not grant real premium access.
Free and premium tiers have the limits and validity shown when access is requested. Premium time is applied after a payment can be matched and verified. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-access purchases are not automatically refundable. Contact support promptly if a payment was not applied correctly. See the refund policy for when a purchase can be corrected or refunded.
Availability and enforcement
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. We may limit or revoke access for misuse, security risk, legal necessity, or violation of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or preservation of every session.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, KocakZ is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Where the law allows, disputes will be handled in the courts of Jakarta, without limiting any consumer rights you have under mandatory law.
