By using KocakZ, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be permitted to use Discord and the relevant games or platforms in your location. You are responsible for your Discord account, access key, devices, and activity performed through them.
License and acceptable use
KocakZ gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Do not share or resell keys, bypass verification or limits, automate abusive traffic, probe the service for vulnerabilities, disrupt other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Third-party platforms
KocakZ connects with independent services including Discord, games, payment, verification, checkpoint, hosting, and advertising providers. Their terms also apply. KocakZ is not endorsed by or responsible for those third parties, and changes to their services can affect availability.
Free and premium access
Free and premium tiers have the limits and validity shown when access is requested. Premium time is applied after a payment can be matched and verified. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-access purchases are not automatically refundable. Contact support promptly if a payment was not applied correctly.
Availability and enforcement
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. We may limit or revoke access for misuse, security risk, legal necessity, or violation of these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every environment, or preservation of every session.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, KocakZ is provided without warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
