Refund policy.
KocakZ Premium is a digital access product. This page explains when a purchase can be corrected or refunded and how to ask.
What you are buying
Each Premium unit costs Rp20.000 and adds 30 days of premium access to the Discord account you selected at checkout. Access is applied automatically once the payment provider confirms your payment and it can be matched to that Discord account.
When we correct or refund
We will review a refund or correction request when a payment was confirmed but Premium was not applied and we cannot fix it, when you were charged more than once for the same order, or when we are unable to deliver the access you paid for because of a fault on our side. Where possible we will first apply the missing access instead of refunding.
When we do not refund
Once Premium has been applied and used, the purchase is not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not refund for a change of mind, for a Discord account entered by mistake after the payment was matched, for access removed because of a violation of the terms, or for changes or bans made by a game, platform, or third-party service that affect how a script works. Orders that were never paid or that expired are not charged and need no refund.
How to request help
Contact us through the contact page within 7 days of the payment. Include your Merchant Order Number or Duitku Reference Number, the Discord account used, the payment method, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or your access key.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider or method wherever the provider allows it. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank or e-wallet. Provider or payment-channel fees that the provider does not return may be deducted. For crypto payments, network fees are not refundable and any refund is sent to a wallet address you confirm with support.
Sandbox and test payments
Sandbox or test payments do not grant real Premium access and are not real charges, so they are not refundable.
