Our approach
We respond to clear, complete notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Indonesian copyright law, and other applicable laws. We may remove or disable access to material that is reported, and we may restrict the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
Independent project
KocakZ is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Roblox, Valve or Steam, or any game publisher, and game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you represent a rights holder and have a concern about content here, use the process below.
How to send a notice
Send your notice through the contact page or by email to [email protected], and mark it “Copyright notice”. A complete notice includes:
- Your name, address, email, and a way to reach you.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location on KocakZ of the material you want reviewed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice through the same channel. Include the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and your signature. We may forward a counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice.
Accuracy of notices
Knowingly sending a false or misleading notice or counter-notice can carry legal consequences. Please make sure the material is actually infringing, and consider whether it may be permitted before you send a notice.
